I really wasn’t expecting much from Kiehl’s Super Multi-Corrective Eye-Opening Serum (£40) when I first tried it. As soon as I pumped out my first dose of it, I was disappointed in the texture, which is very runny. However, I ended up being pretty impressed with this eye product.
Designed to lift, firm, smooth, hydrate, and restore youthful shape of the eye, Kiehl’s Super Multi-Corrective Eye-Opening Serum can be used alone or with your normal eye cream. I used it by itself, and found that it provided more than enough hydration.
In fact, it’s very easy to OD on Kiehl’s Super Multi-Corrective Eye-Opening Serum as the pump dispenses far too much product each time you press it so there is a lot of waste (it’s a recurring theme on the customer reviews page, yet it doesn’t seem to have been addressed by Kiehl’s even though this isn’t a new product).
After a couple of weeks of using Kiehl’s Super Multi-Corrective Eye-Opening Serum, I noticed that the skin under my eyes was looking firmer and smoother, and the texture generally looks much improved. Each time I use it, I see an instant improvement in the brightness of the under-eye skin – the same sort of effect I see when I use Chanel Blue Serum Eye Revitalising Concentrate, though I would say that the Blue Serum is better for puffiness, and the Kiehl’s is better for lines.
